Managing HIAP - High Impact Action Plans

AltoChange provides a very powerfull tool that enables you to list actions that are high level then phases or sub actions for each action and then optionally as well to list Contingency Plans in case some actions are not fulfilled.

Each action contains the team members responsible, the current and expected situation, the cause for this action, progress reports, importance, impact and overall note so that you can classify these issues as you like. The AltoChange contains also a discussion room for each action where participants can discuss various issues. Files can be uploaded and linked to each action, including photos taken on site using the AltoChange Smartphone App for Android and I Phones.
